How should I send it to you?
Depending on how much, a regular envelope or shipping box is fine. Please include details about your pet(s), including breed, age, a photo, and a little bit about them.

How long will it take?
We usually try to get orders turned around in 6-8 weeks depending on it's complexity.

Do I have to pre-pay?
Yes, payment ensures your line in the queue. We can then update you as to how many orders are before you, giving an accurate timeline.

What's included?
The price per gram includes washing, drying, and felting into a likeness of your pet. 

How much fur is needed?
No matter how much fur you have, we can use it. Even if it is only a small amount, we will make it work. For very small amounts, we can create something else Let's chat!

I have less than 25 grams, why do I have to pay for a whole 25 grams??
The price for 25 grams is our minimum charge.

Do you have to blend the fur with wool?
When needle felting fur, the normal answer is no. We can use just your fur.

What about hair breeds like an Afghan Hound?
Long-haired breeds are typically best suited to be made into yarns, but the long hair can be added to a felted animal as an accent, such as the long locks of an Afghan hound. 

My pet is no longer with us, and I only have a tiny amount. Can I have something done with that?
Yes. Even small amounts can be turned into memorial keepsake. It's a wonderful way to keep your pet's memory close.
